Summary of Prior Work Experience 

I spent 20 years in the US Air Force, working on a number of different systems.  After retiring, I worked for two years as a defense contractor with Northrop Grumman.  I spent the eight years prior to Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) working for BB&T in Wilson, NC.

What do you enjoy most about working with Microsoft Dynamics technology?

The flexibility of the CRM platform, and the ability to continually improve my skill-set

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

Using CRM everyday helps me to learn more about it, which in turn, makes me more productive for the customer

What is it about Hitachi Solutions that makes it a great place to work?

The people.  I have never worked for a company before Hitachi Solutions (CEI) that placed an emphasis on how well their employees interact and get along.  It is a great place to work.
