I have over 20 years of enterprise IT Operations and Infrastructure experience within Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, Communications, and Technical Services.  I've also worked at the executive level focusing on large projects and streamlining business processes across the enterprise.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Being able to make someone else's work easier and efficient.  Listening to challenges that companies have and being able to help them with options that streamlines their process.  Being focused on business solutions, not technology.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

It gives me one place to find information, like customer documentation, project deliverables, and knowledge-base.  We also manage our time, training, internal and customer deliverables, along with weekly reports through Microsoft CRM.  Any information needed is pretty much found within our CRM, anything can be found with a quick search.

What is it about Hitachi Solutions that makes it a great place to work?

Being around a great group of professional people from different backgrounds all focused on Microsoft CRM.  Everyone's willingness to help and assist each other while being customer focused.
