Summary of Prior Work Experience

I've been in information technology for about 14 years now, five of which have been with Customer Effective.  During my 5 years with the company, I've worked on more than 50 CRM implementations in a variety on verticals like high-end retail, transportation, insurance, banking, private equity, property management, manufacturing and consumer goods.

Always strive to produce better results than you think you're capable of producing.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy seeing customers' success beyond their original expectations.  That's very rewarding.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

I use CRM to manage my team's work plans as well as project tracking of everything from key document deliverables to billed time against tasks.  Essentially every key business process that we have at Customer Effective is deeply rooting in our CRM system.

What is it about Hitachi Solutions that makes it a great place to work?

I feel as though everyone I work with at Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) is an expert at what they do.  They are the best of the best.  I felt that way the moment I walked through the door and that feeling never went away.  There's a lasting effect when working in an environment like this that makes you push yourself harder to accomplish great things.
