Summary of Prior Work Experience

Prior to Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective), I was a Director at Datastream Systems where I ran three product teams which included a team to integrate our Asset Management software with various Financial Packages, a team to develop our mobile product, and a team to develop our core Asset Management Software.  Prior to that, I ran a project group at Bank of America which focused on improvement projects within the Retail Broker Dealer/Call Center.  Prior to that, I was a consultant at Price Waterhouse where I worked on many different types of projects.

Do what you love. Love what you do. Strive to fully understand the business problem at hand and wrestle it to the ground.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy working with clients to understand their goals and I enjoy applying CRM to meet/exceed those goals.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

I have metrics established that I use to measure my performance.  Each week I view my dashboard in CRM which tells me where I have been and where I am going with my slice of our business.  I can then drill into any issues and work with the team to resolve the issues.  The key though is that Microsoft CRM is the tool that monitors the business every day and gives me the information I need to work effectively.
