Prior to joining the Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) team, I worked in technical consultation/implementation roles in both the legal and healthcare industries for nearly 5 years. My work within these two vital industries has given me the necessary experience to ensure even the most challenging goals are exceeded with an emphasis on client satisfaction.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

The most enjoyable aspect of my role is recognizing that the client is gratified with my service throughout an engagement. Nothing is more fulfilling than knowing that I am able to assist customers in becoming more productive and profitable.
