That's why we've designed our enterprise deployment methodology to help each client develop an internal enterprise project team and to deliver project success collaboratively. Our goal in enterprise deployments is to transfer knowledge and skills that will quickly lead to self-sufficiency for future deployment and support.
Hitachi Solutions’s enterprise deployment process encompasses a “train the trainer” approach focused on helping our clients to leverage internal resources as extensively as possible. We help identify the Client Core Team that will be trained to actively participate in the implementation. Members of this team become internal champions and experts that others in the enterprise will look to for guidance and assistance. Our role is to help the Core Team engage end users, lead business process definition, learn the CRM product and deploy the product as a business solution and how to proactively support the end user community in the drive to full CRM system adoption.
