Summary of Prior Work Experience

Before joining Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective), I managed multiple departments including Engineering, IT, IS, and Service and Delivery as Engineering Services Manager and also served as System Administrator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 at Harbor Communications in Mobile, AL.

My objective is to always work to the best of my abilities and to treat others with respect.  It is my goal to be successful in family, work, and in other ventures.   You will always succeed at life and work when you apply preparation, hard work, and determination.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I love working on various projects together with our customers and our team at Customer Effective to deliver solutions.  Implementing a solution that benefits the work of many and will continue to further a customer's efficiencies is extremely rewarding. 

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

I track all of my work and communications through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  I utilize Dashboards to visually highlight my metrics and display my upcoming work plans.  Reviewing the dashboard takes minimal time and the dashboard surfaces all of my key metrics.  Using CRM as a centralized point of reference gives my current and future work clarity and I can easily find information related to projects.
