Summary of Prior Work Experience 

Prior to joining the team at Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) as the Marketing Manager, I worked as an Assistant in the Office of Institutional Advancement, the CofC Foundation Office & Annual Giving Office at the College of Charleston. I also worked as an Editorial Intern for the Junior League's CAUSE Magazine, which is where I found my passion for Marketing. During Graduate School I worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Marketing Department and interned with Customer Effective as a Marketing Assistant.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

I live in CRM during the day. The ability to have a dashboard view of our Customer Conference, to track emails, webinar registrations, Marketing Campaigns, Lists and the like is a huge asset to my job. Being able to organize all of the information I need in one place and have it available through Outlook if I need it is a game-changer in the Marketing world.
