I've worked in various aspects of financial services since the beginning of my career supporting operations and sales organizations. Before I came to Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective), I was a user of Dynamics, and that perspective helps me every day. I'm able to see things from the point of view of user who sees CRM for the first time.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?
Having CRM available right through Outlook really cuts the time it takes for me to either find or enter information. We run our whole business through CRM
