Summary of Prior Work Experience

Prior to Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective), I was the IT director for a 50 person industrial cutting tools distributor where I managed all aspects of IT and technology.  Prior to that, I held various positions at Datastream systems, including tech support, sales, and project management. 


Personal Philosophy

Strive to exceed expectations and ensure that one way or another, the client is more than satisfied with the work that is delivered.


What do you enjoy most about your role?

Working with different types of clients increasing depth of knowledge in different industries.  It's rewarding to being working with a client early on in the project lifecycle, really during the sales phase and then developing a project plan and seeing it through to completion. And, maintaining longstanding relationships with clients.  It's extremely gratifying.


How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

We run virtually every facet of the business with Microsoft CRM. I could not do without it and the insight it provides me into how my slice of the company is running, as well as how the company is performing overall, both from a sales and professional services standpoint.

What is it about Hitachi Solutions that makes it a great place to work?
