Summary of Prior Work Experience
Before joining Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective), I worked at the largest private non-profit university in the United States, Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. My role there was primarily to oversee the full scope of customer relationship management software - from requirements to implementation to maintenance. Under my leadership, user adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM grew from around 80 to over 1,600.
