Summary of Prior Work Experience

Before joining Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective), I worked at the largest private non-profit university in the United States, Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. My role there was primarily to oversee the full scope of customer relationship management software - from requirements to implementation to maintenance.  Under my leadership, user adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM grew from around 80 to over 1,600.

What do you enjoy most about your role? 

I enjoy interacting with a variety of customers and getting to contribute to their success.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

It is great to manage all of my tasks, time, and expenses in one product.  We definitely practice what we preach here.
