Summary of Prior Work Experience
I have worked in the Dynamics CRM space for the last three years focusing primarily on the legal vertical. My work has included requirements gathering, functional consulting and back-end development for integrations with disparate systems. Prior to that my background was in development using multiple languages with an emphasis on frameworks and connectivity between call center system and messaging technologies. I started in IT by supporting law offices infrastructure shortly after earning my MCSE.
I live under a couple very basic rules. They may seem trite but they are as follows.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I love the interaction with customers and coworkers that this job affords. I appreciate the opportunity to continue to learn and grow and to share the knowledge that I have been blessed to obtain.

CRM allows me to learn from both my past experience and to project where improvement is need in the future. It allows me to track both my individual progress as well as the progress of the teams for which I am a part and the company as a whole.
