Summary of Prior Work Experience

I spent 7 years in working in the banking advisory industry followed by a large Fortune 100 firm before the technology services area became my focus. Over the last 15 years, I have worked with enterprise clients across financial services, retail, and university marketplaces to solve business analysis and business performance issues. Since joining Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) I am working with both enterprise and financial clients as they attempt to leverage CRM to improve their companies performance management challenges.

Personal Philosophy

Listen, collaborate, solve, and then repeat. On top of that simple plan I attempt insert the occasional humorous lesson where appropriate. 

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

It simplifies my day and reduces redundancy by automating business detail and capturing my activity as it occurs. I don't have to go back on a Friday and re-trace my steps in an abbreviated attempt to remember my week.   It's a pleasure to work with a solution that works the way I do.

What do you enjoy most about your role? 

It's fun to work with companies and watch them celebrate their successes and milestones as they advance their performance across teams and lines of business. I learn something new every day in the job, and the majority of those lessons come from our customers.

What is it about Hitachi Solutions that makes it a great place to work?

Of course the easy answer is the people; but it's more than just the quality of the individuals that work at Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective). We have true leadership and vision within our culture which puts us in a position to truly advise and help our clients.  It is both challenging and rewarding to work with such a group of people.
