Prior to joining Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective), John managed multiple manufacturing processes for a large textile firm, was tasked with Implementation and Project Management for mid-size software company and was a Regional Consulting director for a mid-size software company that focused on Asset Management.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
I enjoy working with customers to help insure that their CRM implementation is a success. This includes high user adoption, exceeding goals and enhancing business processes.
How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?
With CRM I am able to plan my work and manage my projects all within the Outlook interface. Also, I am able to retrieve important metrics concerning my projects such as budget analysis and tracking progress on tasks.
