Prior to joining the Development team at Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective), I spent five years working with mobile phone applications and cellular technology at Harris Corporation as a Software Engineer.

What do you enjoy most about working with Microsoft Dynamics technology?

I like the fact that it has such a flexible framework. Nearly everything you see can be customized to fit your needs. I also like the fact that there are multiple ways to connect to and get information from CRM.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

I can better keep track of my upcoming tasks and what I need to focus on. It also allows me to keep up with what I have done in the past so that I can be better prepared for what's next.

What is it about Hitachi Solutions that makes it a great place to work?

I enjoy working on a wide variety of tasks, and at Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) this is exactly what the developers do. Each customer is different and there are always new challenges and new things to learn for each task.
