Summary of Prior Work Experience

I have spent my entire career in the CRM / SFA space using technology to support the business process.  I have worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since version 1.0 and have worked with a multitude of different products.  I had also designed and developed a CRM application in Outlook with Exchange as the back-end database.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I really enjoy working with customers to define and refine their business processes.  These processes are at the heart of every business and every functional group uses a process.  It allows me to interact with different people within the organization and understand their needs.  Using my experience to provide guidance and help businesses is very rewarding. 

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

The CRM dashboard serves as my homepage from which I can access all of my projects, customers, cases, and metrics for measuring my goals and managing my team.  The "track in CRM" email feature allows me to easily track project related emails and relate them to the CRM project and customer personnel involved.  Our custom project management solution is great for tracking project tasks and tracking time against the projects.
