Summary of Prior Work Experience
I have spent the last 15 years working with customers on developing business solutions through software. I spent the first part of my career in custom development selling against Microsoft. I then worked with a Microsoft partner focusing on SharePoint and BizTalk solutions during the original releases of those products. After spending some time in the document imaging and workflow space, I found my way back to Microsoft CRM.
Something worth doing is worth doing right.
How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?
I strongly believe in the personal productivity value of Microsoft CRM. I use tasks and Outlook reminders all the time. I can always look at my dashboard and task list to know what I need to be doing. I am just not sure I could live without CRM at this point.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I love the factory tour! I enjoy learning from my customers about the interesting things they do and how stuff is made. It helps me make sense of how Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) can truly help.
