With a solid background of training and communication I have consulted thousands of salespeople, sales managers and service representatives on CRM best practices, process improvement and marketing techniques helping drive innovation in a stagnant industry that has experienced sweeping changes from technology.

I lead people on a journey to success to build momentum with managers and employees so they don't just know HOW to do something but WHY doing it in the best interest of their company or for themselves.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

People, people, people! I love interacting with new people and understanding what makes their business function and excel.  I also love seeing the excitement generated when a customer understands the excellence that CRM process can help them achieve.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

CRM gives organizations and individuals an organizational structure.  By nature I am a bit unrestrained and free flowing.  CRM gives me a clear organizational structure to be my best self and push my personal limits.
