Michael Elliott

With more than 20 years experience in both Professional Services and Sales, Michael has an excellent perspective on the needs of both sales and service organizations. Prior to Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) Michael spent 13 years with Datastream Systems where he served in a variety of positions including Vice President of Professional Services and founding Sales Director of a start-up vertical market. As Vice President of Professional Services, Michael grew the organization from 8 consultants to over 75 in four years. During that time Michael developed a comprehensive consulting methodology and training program that helped customers better understand project objectives and deliverables. Michael has led the implementation of more than 300 enterprise systems. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a double major in Economics and Finance. Michael completed an MBA from the University of South Carolina with a concentration in Service Operations Management.
