Summary of Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective), I worked at the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control designing custom ASP.NET applications, SQL Server Databases and Reports for various program areas. The programs included:  Vaccine Ordering and Inventory System; Heavy Metal Tracking System used to collect data on elevated blood levels of various heavy metals, including lead and mercury, in adults and children; Healthcare Volunteer Registration, Credentialing and Deployment System for Emergency Situations; and, Information Resource Inventory System used for tracking various applications, databases and servers used by the Agency and how they interact.

What do you enjoy most about working with Microsoft Dynamics technology?

I like the flexibility. I can customize CRM to fit the business needs of a client regardless of what business they are in while using other Microsoft technologies that Microsoft Dynamics incorporates, like WCF and SQL Server.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

It provides a way for me to easily lay out tasks that I need to complete and then track my progress. It is a great way to stay organized.

What is it about Hitachi Solutions that makes it a great place to work?

First and foremost it is the people. Everyone genuinely cares about making the customer happy. It is a great environment to be in. Also, I am always learning something new. I get to work with CRM across various markets, each with their own needs and that means there is a lot of variety in my work.
