Summary of Prior Work Experience
Over the last 25 years, my career has been largely focused on development and design of enterprise software applications and integration with them. Ten of those years I spent running my own software company, and found that I was much more successful interacting with customers than I was actually running the company. I accepted this position at Customer Effective to do just that...get back to what I enjoy the most, and what I do best...working with a customer to provide a creative solution that satisfies their requirements.
Satisfaction is a result of exceeding expectations.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I get excited about providing a solution that saves customers money and makes them more productive. I enjoy having the opportunity to get to know our customers, evaluate their needs, and see the solution all the way through to measuring outcomes. It's fun having a powerful tool that can be tailored to fit customer needs, and one that allows creativity in doing so.
How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?
I use CRM every day in planning my activities for the day, recording my work, and understanding what is still needed to meet my objectives. It's important to be able to daily identify where we stand on specific tasks for a project, and areas I need to focus on in order to meet project budgets and timelines.
What is it about Hitachi Solutions that makes it a great place to work?
Hands down, this is a great bunch of people to work with. I enjoy working with intelligent, creative people, who, time and again, prove that the customer is most important. Because I have an entrepreneurial background, it was important for me to work in an environment where I am empowered to do what is right, with integrity, for the customer.
