I have been consulting in the CRM space since 2006. During this time I have successfully delivered CRM solutions in a wide variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, education, manufacturing, aerospace, and transportation. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to contribute in many different project roles such as pre-sales, development, project leadership, delivery, training, and support.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
I enjoy facing the new challenges and problems that are unique to each project and working together with our team, and our customers, to solve these problems, delivering on the full potential of Microsoft CRM.
How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?
Our CRM serves as a daily portal for project tracking and analysis, internal discussion groups and knowledge sharing, personal time management, and expense record keeping. Being able to leverage the automation and business productivity tools that come with out-of-the-box CRM can turn what used to be a chore into a productive big-picture exercise which, in aggregate, provides value to our organization as a whole, and additionally empowers myself to track and analyze my own performance over time.
