    Summary of Prior Work Experience

    Prior to joining Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective), Patrick worked as the Director, Email Marketing & CRM, Bonnier Corp. where he delivered acquisition and retention strategies for 50 brands in Bonnier's online, mobile app, and print portfolio, including Popular Science, Popular Photography, Science Illustrated, Field & Stream, Outdoor Life, Caribbean Travel and Life, Saveur, Ski, Skiing, Sport Diving, Transworld Surf, Transworld Motocross, Parenting, Flying, Yachting, Marlin, and Sport Fishing.

    Patrick also gained experience as the Director, CRM & Loyalty Marketing, Hard Rock Intl.where he launched the restaurant industry's first global loyalty program, and developed customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive business online, in company-operated restaurants and retail stores, Hard Rock Hotels, and franchised restaurant/retail locations across 52 countries worldwide. The company achieved year-over-year affinity program membership growth rate of 45% for 5 years running and increased repeat visitation to participating locations by 11%.

    Additionally, Patrick was the Group Marketing Manager, CRM & Direct for The Walt Disney Co. There, he led a high-matrix team which included sales, brand, lead management, online, and creative specialists; developed group account recency, frequency, monetary (RFM) scoring and lifetime account value (LTV) models to identify high-value groups and opportunities for revenue growth for Disney meetings, conventions, youth, sports, military, and Disney Institute markets.
