I use CRM primarily as a tool to help manage all of my client interactions and track project specific information so that I'm always on top of my daily tasks and managing projects.

Hitachi Solutions (CE) specializes in Microsoft CRM exclusively, and that specialization in parallel with the breadth of experience we bring to the table yields successful project implementations that maximize user adoption.
