Summary of Prior Work Experience

My prior work experience includes 1.5 years in development of .NET web applications for online billing and payment processing.  I also have 5 years of experience in business and implementation analyst roles supporting a proprietary HRM platform where I gained extensive experience working with multiple international clients and engaging various cross-functional teams.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

One of the most enjoyable aspects of working at Hitachi Solutions (CEI) is the opportunity to work with highly intelligent people that have a passion to learn and a desire to face and overcome challenges.  Moreover, my role affords me the opportunity to work with a broad array of customers, listen to their frustrations and implement a tailored CRM solution to address their business needs.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

I use CRM to manage my daily tasks and track my performance over the course of a project.  Having daily use of CRM increases familiarity and illustrates to customers that we believe and support the product to such a degree that we use it ourselves.

I love the energy and enthusiasm of the Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) team.  Everyone operates as if they are on a mission to build the greatest consulting firm in history.  And, while CRM is at the heart of all we do, we are also building strong relationships with clients, vendors and each other which helps us maintain our "people first" focus.
