In addition to information for the sales team, Microsoft CRM gives Sabert’s executive management team access to information on the sales pipeline, including forward-looking trends in various channels. As deals close in the field, timely and accurate data feeds back into the planning system through Scribe, optimizing Sabert’s forecast-based manufacturing.
