What do you enjoy most about working with Microsoft Dynamics technology?

I enjoy tackling complex challenges with CRM because the tool has the flexibility and ease of use to allow me to focus on the actual problem for the customer, without worrying about whether the tool can adapt.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

Having our project information coordinated with contacts and communication tracking available within Outlook makes quick work of making sure we can still see the forest when we're working on the trees.
