Senior Developer Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work within a small team environment to understand the customers' business issues, code in your field of expertise (that could be, HTML, Visual Studio, SharePoint, or JavaScript) and deploy the solution to the customer. 
  • Frequent interaction with the customer via phone and email (occasional on-site visits) is required.  You will work both independently and on a team for your development projects.
  • You may work on multiple projects at one time or be engaged in long term projects.
  • You will be responsible for your billable time, working on customers' projects.  Excellent time management and organizational skill are required, as you will keep track of your work in CRM. 

 Job Requirements:

  • Design and develop systems necessary to support both business and technical integration needs.
  • Responsible for development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections and integration of features in MS. Dynamics CRM.
  • Use innovative problem solving and critical thinking approaches to proactively solve a broad range of business issues across technologies. 

Core Skills:

  • Understanding of OO (Object Oriented) programming.
  • Experience designing and implementing systems that use integration with .NET application's API
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies and OS. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or related field is required. 
  • You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full life cycle software development in an enterprise environment. 
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, interpersonal and team participation skills are a must!
  • Minimal travel may be required at times. 

Preferred Skills:

  • MS Dynamics CRM 2011 experience.
  • Skills in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, MVC.
  • Ability to create portals and mobile applications and enablement of web pages for mobile devices.
  • Some User Interface experience.
  • Local to Greenville, SC candidate preferred.
