Summary of Prior Work Experience

Before coming to Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) I worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the legal industry. Seeing how powerful the software can be and the immense amount of value it can bring to businesses is what made me want to continue working with the software. Once I knew what Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) was all about, that's when I knew this was the place for me.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

What I most enjoy is the excitement that is around projects when customers realize how much more potential they have with a tool like CRM helping them to move forward.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

By using the product on a daily basis, I get to see any issues or potential questions that customers may face. So when I get questions, I not only know how to answer them, but I know exactly where that question is coming from by experiencing it on a personal level.
