Summary of Prior Work Experience

I began my professional career as a High School Teacher and Soccer Coach.  After five years in Secondary Education, I decided to transition into the software and services space.  For the past thirteen years, I have served in the software and services industry as an Account Executive and Sales Manager.  During this time, I have had the opportunity to work with over ten different CRM solutions.  In 2010, I joined Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) as a Microsoft CRM Solutions Specialist.  Today, I have the distinct pleasure of serving our Financial Services Clients who have implemented Microsoft CRM or who are evaluating the business case of implementing Microsoft CRM for their organization.

How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?

Microsoft CRM automates my business processes allowing me to spend more time working directly with my clients and keeps me current on all pertinent activities taking place with my clients.  Microsoft CRM provides me with a personalized 360 degree view of my clients in the office, on my tablet or on my smartphone displaying all the real time information I need to serve my clients with the highest degree of care.  In short, Microsoft CRM enhances my client relationships and delivers the correct information at the correct time for the correct client, every time.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Seeing my clients excel in their organization through their partnership with Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective).
