Summary of Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective) I spent 2.5 years as the CRM Program Manager for a large manufacturing company. Responsibilities included managing a global Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment for 85 sales distributorships; upwards of 4000 end users. My role heavily focused on linking strategic initiatives, to business processes and metrics, while ensuring the proper infrastructure was in place. Prior to managing the CRM Program I spent approximately 8 years in manufacturing environments deploying, training, and utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve manufacturing and business processes throughout all facets of large corporations. Key areas included Sales, Marketing, Finance, New Product Development, Human Resources, and Operations.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
What I enjoy most about my role is being able to directly interact with customers and knowing that I am helping their organization grow by implementing a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution. I also enjoy the diversity of working on different projects across multiple markets and industries.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a fundamental tool which helps me better plan, organize, and track progress for daily work activities and projects.
