Summary of Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining Hitachi Solutions (Customer Effective), I gained experience in the legal vertical as a technical and implementation consultant where I was fully immersed in all aspects of a client's CRM implementation. Working hand in hand with the client, I recognized the immense potential that is inherent to CRM and knew that I wanted to advance my career with this product. Furthermore, I've also held positions in Recruiting/HR where I deepened my passion for working with others to build complex business solutions.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
I truly enjoy working with an immensely talented group of individuals to come up with sound business solutions that help our clients be more efficient and successful. The success of our clients is a top priority and that is something that I've taken to heart.
How does Microsoft Dynamics CRM improve your own performance?
Microsoft Dynamics CRM helps to streamline all of my daily tasks and responsibilities. The integration with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, is seamless and allows me to be more efficient and productive.
What is it about Hitachi Solutions that makes it a great place to work?
It starts and ends with the people. It is truly motivating to be surrounded by such a talented group of individuals that are willing to help you learn and grow along the way. From day one, everyone has been genuine and supportive and I've been able to foster lasting relationships with my colleagues.
